Santa’s Video Wonder provides novelty, AI-generated personalized videos and simulated phone calls. All products are intended for entertainment purposes only and are not affiliated with NORAD, Disney, or any other trademarked Santa-related entity.
For live interactions, customers call Santa; Santa does not place outbound calls.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your video or interaction contains a clear technical issue (audio glitch, corrupted file, system malfunction, or failure to deliver), we will remake it at no cost.
If we cannot correct the issue, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are not provided for incorrect information entered by the customer (such as misspelled names, incorrect ages, wrong details) or for changes of preference after the order is submitted.
You agree that all information entered on the order form must be accurate, spelled correctly, and free of typos. We are not responsible for errors, mispronunciations, or incorrect personalization caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading input provided by the customer.
You acknowledge that our videos and calls are created using artificial intelligence. Outputs may vary. Minor artifacts, variations, or differences from expectations may occur and do not qualify as defects.
By placing an order, you consent to the use of AI tools and third-party systems required to produce your content.
Typical video delivery is much faster, but during peak holiday demand, delivery may take 24–48 hours. These timeframes are estimates and may vary.
For live calls, customers initiate the call, and delivery is immediate upon successful connection.
Customers may not enter profanity, hate speech, threats, sexual content, copyrighted characters, political messages, or any inappropriate content into the personalization fields. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that violates these rules.
All purchases are for digital goods. Once a video or call has been delivered or generated, it is considered consumed and non-returnable unless a technical error has occurred.
Any chargebacks for properly delivered products will be contested with payment processors. Fraudulent or suspicious orders may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
All orders must be placed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. If you purchase a simulated call for a child, you agree that:

Your data may pass through third-party AI tools solely for the purpose of generating your product. We do not sell or share your information. Personalization details may be deleted from our systems within 30 days.
By providing names, preferences or other materials, you grant us a limited license to use that content exclusively for creating your purchased video or call. You affirm that you own or have rights to all content you provide.
Our service is for entertainment and novelty purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
We are not liable for emotional reactions, misunderstandings, parental disputes, missed delivery windows, or outages of third-party providers.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Santa’s Video Wonder from any claims arising from misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or submission of unauthorized or inappropriate content.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Clay County, Florida.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
