All child-related information is provided by the parent or guardian and used only to create the novelty experience. We do not store sensitive information about children.
Video files, call details, and customer data may be retained for up to 30 days to allow time for download and support inquiries. After the holiday season (January 15th), non-essential data may be purged from our active servers. You may request deletion sooner at any time.
