Santa’s Video Wonder is designed to provide a magical, family-friendly holiday experience. To ensure the safety and well-being of all children, the following policies apply:
All orders must be placed by an adult. Children may not submit information independently. Parents or guardians must supervise any live Santa call from start to finish.
We only use the child’s first name, age range, and general interests to personalize the experience. Please do not submit sensitive information such as full names, addresses, school details, medical information, or behavioral issues.
We do not store long-term personal data about children. Any uploaded information is used solely to create your video or call and may be removed from our systems within 30 days.
Parents or guardians must be present during any child interaction or Santa call. We are not responsible for the child’s reaction, interpretation, or emotional response to the content.

Parents must ensure all information entered is family-friendly. Profanity, threats, adult content, bullying, or inappropriate messages may result in order cancellation.
Santa’s Video Wonder is a novelty entertainment service. It should not be used to influence a child’s behavior, beliefs, or decisions.
